Source hierarchy
We use provider-owned public pages first: current pricing pages, program pages, offer terms, help centers, or official company announcements. We do not use anonymous forum posts to set a price. Every provider profile links to the page used.
Normalization rules
- Identify the medication category and format.
- Add a clearly required membership or program fee to medication-only pricing.
- Label first-month promotions and ongoing rates separately.
- State when a monthly equivalent requires multi-month or annual prepayment.
- Preserve dose-dependent ranges instead of presenting the minimum as universal.
- Do not convert insurance copays into a cash-pay estimate.
Ordering and featured placement
The first row is a featured placement. The remaining table is a comparison directory, not a clinical or quality ranking. “Lowest visible total” is a normalization field and may still reflect a promotion, lowest dose, or prepaid plan.
Update cadence
Prices were checked August 28, 2026. We plan periodic rechecks and may update earlier when a provider changes a public offer. Readers should always verify current terms at checkout.
What we do not judge
We do not decide medical eligibility, prescribe medication, evaluate pharmacies, or declare compounded products equivalent to FDA-approved brands. We do not guarantee price, availability, shipping time, or treatment results.
